Welcome to the PAHdb Molecular Modeling
Site. The aim of this web site is to serve as an online gallery of the
latest in the 3-dimensional modeling of the phenylalanine hydroxylase enzyme (EC
1.14.16.1) and to map mutations to the affected region of the protein. Included
on this site are high-resolution still and animated representations of the
protein and the active site.
